Caldot Care provides a platform that connects vehicle owners with workshops for maintenance scheduling, service bookings, subscription plans, and related management tools. We also provide tools for workshops and platform administrators.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may have different roles (e.g. vehicle owner, workshop) with different rights and obligations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or other users
  • Scrape, copy, or resell our data or services without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Bookings, payments and cancellations

Service bookings, subscription fees, and workshop payouts may be subject to separate terms and cancellation policies. You are responsible for any fees and charges you incur. Refund and cancellation rules will be communicated at the point of purchase or in your plan details.

6. Intellectual property

The Caldot Care platform, including its design, content, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for the quality of third-party workshops or services arranged through the platform, though we may facilitate resolution of disputes where appropriate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caldot Care and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
